My Policy:

 Appointment Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. Any cancellations 24 hours and Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service. If you “NO SHOW,” you will no longer be able to book with me.

 

As a courtesy, confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance. Failing to respond does not count as a cancellation. To cancel, please call or text (408) 609-7868.

 

A card will be kept on file at your appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policies. I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and positive experience for all.

Refund Policy

Due to the time and materials that go into your custom services, I do not offer refunds. However, I am more than happy to make adjustments for technical errors. Examples of errors include bleed marks, toner spots, or an uneven cut.

 

If you feel that there was a technical error with your service, please reach out to me within 72 hours of your appointment, and I will gladly schedule a time to make the necessary adjustments. Any adjustment requests made after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Adjustments must be scheduled no later than seven days after notifying me.
